This storm sent the LCC into Code Black with no Canyon opening and the Bird remained closed to deal with the huge amount of snow that has been delivered in these past days.
This installment was packing high moisture content product and it is just too big. We’ll have to see how tomorrow shakes out as it is still snowing here at The Trailer and will continue into tomorrow as well. Exciting time as the base just keeps building and building. Needless to say, that when things open up it is going to be spectacular. Thanks to all the Mountain Ops crews that make The Bird turn and the hard work they have been doing to get on top of the situation. Stay Frosty!!!
